- Is an on site property manager or concierge in the building?
No. However, we meet you at the premise and will help you with anything you may

- Why do you charge a cleaning fee? When a tenant or occupants vacate
the house or condo cleaning crew has to come in and clean top to bottom vacuum,
clean the sheet and do the dishes and organize the
premise.
- How can pay by credit card? We accept credit card payments through
PayPal. You can pay by any major credit credit. It's safe and secure.

When do I get my deposit back? Within
7-10 business days, from the day you leave and cleaning crew clean the house
and agent check the place you will receive credit less than cleaning fees to
you PayPal account or by check in the mail.

Do you accept personal check payments?
Yes. However, If you pay by check, please make sure to have fund available in
your account since reservation is not complete until your check is cleared.
